餐饮业被禁止提供堂食服务，只限打包、外送或得来速服务。虽然5月4日起展开的有条件行动管制令允许餐饮业恢复堂食，惟雪州政府决定不跟随，并指示州内饮食业在5月13日开始才可恢复堂食服务。部分茶室和餐厅都恢复堂食，并严守卫生部和国家安理会制定的标准作业程序，包括为食客测量体温、记录食客资料、提供消毒搓手液、地面贴上隔离线等等。
餐桌之间必须相隔至少两公尺的距离，每张餐桌最多只能摆放4张椅子；恢复堂食的食肆也陆续迎来食客上门用餐，包括年长者前来与友人喝早茶、聊聊天。
不过，另外也有业者依然保持观望态度，尚未恢复堂食，目前只是提供打包和外卖服务。
