Penang will be re-approved for dine-in from next Monday (May 18).
槟首长曹观友宣布，槟州所有饮食店将从下周一（5月18日）重新获准开放堂食。他今日在记者会上表示，槟州行政议会是在5月13日作出这项决定，而地方政府执法人员将与掌管槟州地方政府的行政议员及槟州卫生局拟定第二阶段开放堂食的相关指南。
他说，为了方便饮食业者遵守标准作业程序，槟州政府将推介名为Penang Contact Tracer（PGCare）的接触追踪系统。
“商家可透过www.pgcare.my或 www.penanglawancovid19.com网站登录该系统。PGCare应用程式只需简单的3步骤，就能让商家记录客户的资料，这也符合国家安全理事会的要求。”他指出，这些步骤包括扫描二维码、 填写资料、完成后向商家展示。
“该系统不仅省时、减少触碰，同时也确保客户的资料安全，并不会被滥用。PGCare只记录客户的名字及联络号码。除了州政府，所有人包括商家都无法取阅所有资料。”他补充，唯有在卫生部要求下，州政府才会取阅有关资料，以作为新冠肺炎的追踪调查。所有的数据资料只能保留30天，并在槟州卫生局的批准下自动删除。“因此，我呼吁商家及人民好好地使用该系统。我们之所以执行有关标准作业程序，是因为我们爱自己、家人还有社区，就如PGCare的名称一样。”他指出，PGCare应用程式是通过公私合作伙伴关系所推出的一个项目，这也是数字槟城（Digital Penang）于4月20日所举办的虚拟圆桌会议中的成果之一。他也表示，这意味著，从下周一开始，槟州将全面执行有条件行动管制令（PKPB），与国家安全理事会所批准的所有领域一致。他提醒，虽然槟州已全面开放在有条件行管令（PKPB）下获准运作的领域，但还是要呼吁大家继续遵守标准作业程序，以及公共卫生措施，包括保持社交距离、戴口罩、用肥皂洗手和观察新冠肺炎的症状 。他也欣慰地宣布，“槟州阶段性恢复策略”获得了公共卫生专家，包括马来亚大学病毒学家拿督林世杰的认可，而国防部高级部长拿督斯里依斯迈沙比里近日宣布，槟州的遵守率高达98%，与彭亨及马六甲一同成为全马遵守率最高的州属。

He pointed out that the PGCare app is a project launched through a public-private partnership, which is also one of the results of the digital round table held by Digital Penang on April 20.
He also said that this means that starting next Monday, Penang will fully implement the Conditional Action Control Order (PKPB), which is consistent with all areas approved by the National Security Council.
He reminded that although Penang has fully opened up the areas that are allowed to operate under the PKPB, it still calls on everyone to continue to follow standard operating procedures and public health measures, including maintaining social distance, wearing masks, and using soap Wash your hands and observe the symptoms of new coronary pneumonia.
