黄明耀：盼政府资助检测费用
霹雳咖啡茶商公会会长黄明耀对于大臣表示餐馆业者将接受冠病检测一事说，他鼓励属下怡保200余名注册会员响应之余，也希望联邦政府或州政府承担费用，免费替业者检验，以减轻他们的负担。
他说，这是一项良好的建议，对于餐饮业者而言，目前是应付冠病的非常时期，业者获得检测的话，将是安全至上的做法。
他今日接受《大霹雳》社区报访问时说，业者每天接触到不晓得背景的顾客，如果政府扩大冠病检测的群众，有助保护业者、他们的家人和顾客的健康，避免冠病传染开来。

黄耀明坦言，现在业者受到行管期严重影响，有的辛苦经营，有的未能开店而没有入息，他呼吁霹州政府，别仿效彭亨州般推行不卖酒政策，因为啤酒是业者的收入来源之一，他们需要这方面的利润维持营运。
他也促请州政府听取人民的心声，通过门牌税减半或折扣协助业者度过难关。
